Annual Reports Balanza de Pagos

The Central Bank of Chile offers the public the statistical yearbook of Balance of Payments. The Yearbook is presented in three parts. The first includes quarterly balance of payments data, both with a condensed version of the balance of payments as openings of the main categories and supplementary data. In addition, this section quarterly reporting of IIP for each of the years analyzed, both in its standard presentation as by institutional sector is included, and identifying not only the opening and closing stocks, but also the flows that explain the differences, whether for transactions, price changes, effect of parity or others. The second part of the book shows Annual series, and includes a summary of the balance of payments release, details of some components as well as complementary and stocks of the IIP information. Finally, an annex of the main concepts and definitions of increased use and interest in relation to statistics balance of payments and international investment position is published.
